Discussion in 'Other Camping' started by backpackhiker, Aug 11, 2014.

  1. Today is the launch of the most extensive guide to Algonquin Park. I have included a link below and am looking forward to reading your responses. Please help promote this project by sharing it on your social media sites.

    Thanks

Interesting concept, unfortunately your indiegogo doesn't seem to be doing too well. Will your sponsors be able to cover the full cost of the video production?

What you're doing reminds me a lot of the eBook series produced by Fred and Suzi Dow on various parks and camp grounds across the United States. Also it is nice to know that you're Canadian :D

You certainly captured my imagination being an "Algonquight and a member of the Friends of Algonquin Park.

Anything new to report? I'm thinking about spending more time in Algonquin come summer.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like he reached his funding goal so I doubt the project is going to continue

I got that impression too - as I checked out the web site. I thought that he might look at something else; dreams are hard to let go.
