Car Survival Kit: Away From Home Emergencies

While the main focus here is outdoor gear and camping supplies, we need to remember emergencies can happen at the campsite, as well as, to and from or on any highway away from home. Most of us carry what we need for a car or truck breakdown, but often we forget what might be really needed should our car breakdown out in the middle of nowhere with no cell service. Or worse we are at home and have to leave due to a evacuation notice and we need to bug out fast. In that case more items might be needed in a smaller bag but at least most things would already be in the backpack. This is only one of many video's but will give you some basis ideas of what to pack and how to pack. Any comments or opinions on this subject which would be valuable to others are a welcome addition.
