Halloween camping trip

We did this Halloween camping trip once. I was assistant scoutmaster and our scoutmaster agreed with my idea to treat our senior scouts to a scary camping. They are all teenagers anyway. The camp was just 3 kilometers walk from the vehicle parking so it was a breeze. During the short hike, our scoutmaster and I were conversing about scary matters. Even when we arrived at the campsite, the scary talks continued and the boys have joined our conversation. That night, you can imagine that we stayed awake because the boys, all 15 of them couldn't sleep due to fear... of the stories.
