Have you got LNTC?

It's not really about "have you got LNTC" but rather "do you do LNTC?"

I was confronted with that thought again today as I took a short hike on the Old Rail walking path along the Grand River. There was junk everywhere - I could't believe how appalling it was. True - an army of volunteers will be out soon to clean it all up. But why? It just shouldn't happen - but it does.

Camping Season is just around the corner can't you see it? [Yahoo !!!!!!!]

That's why I am a member of LNTC - LEAVE NO TRACE CAMPING.

    It's simple enough but wise

    1 Plan Ahead and Prepare
2 Travel and Camp on Durable Surfaces

    3 Dispose of Waste Properly
    4 Leave What You Find
    5 Minimize Campfire Impacts
    6 Respect Wildlife
    7 Be Considerate of Others

Check it out - even if you don't become a member of your national organization you can still abide by the guidelines.
