Local Chat Canada Sub Forums?

I usually add additional forums when I notice there is a need for them. At the moment the Canada forum only has 21 discussions which is just more than 1 page of results. If I start to notice that the number discussions are split into easily dividable sections like that and there is enough discussions to populate each sub forum then that would be something I would do.
